TREASURY OVERVIEW
DATA SOURCES — diagnostic
How the rating is earned
The grade is computed from the holder count read on Robinhood Chain, against a published tier table. No committee, no discretion, no vote to influence. Anyone can reproduce the calculation. It measures how many people hold, not what the token is worth.
RATING TIERS
HOLDERS ON-CHAINOne rule, no committee discretion. The grade is a function of the holder count read from Robinhood Chain. Anyone can verify it: open the contract on Blockscout, count the holders, compare with the table.
A grade is lost only if the holder count falls below 90% of its threshold — a buffer that prevents the rating from flickering around the boundary. Thresholds are fixed and will not be revised downward.
RATING SCALE
The grade moves as soon as the holder count crosses a threshold — up immediately, down only past the 10% buffer. There is nothing to wait for and nobody to convince.
